Refund
Our store respects consumer rights. If for any reason the product purchased in our store HATOR.GG does not suit you, you have the full right to return it within 14 calendar days.
Terms for returning goods:
- the product has no signs of use;
- preserved appearance of the product and its completeness: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, scuffs, and for goods in a single-use (blister) package – the package is not opened;
- preserved factory seals, protective films on the product;
- there is a document on the purchase (payment) of the goods.
According to the conditions of exchange and return of goods at the point of sale, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the following documents are required for the return/exchange of goods:
- Document confirming the purchase (cheque);
- Warranty coupon (if it is a product subject to warranty);
- Plastic card with which the payment was made (if payment for the goods was made using a credit card);
- Document of the state model, which certifies identity (passport, foreign passport, driver’s license).
In case of product return, the refund can be made by the following methods:
- to a Visa / MasterCard card, if the payment was made in this way via LiqPay;
- by bank transfer, if the goods were purchased with delivery by Nova Poshta. At the same time, we pay for the transport costs associated with the return due to the fault of our store. All other costs are borne by the buyer.
